Can I try before paying?+
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes the full form builder, so you can build, publish, and collect real submissions before upgrading.
Do you offer refunds?+
If a paid plan isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I change plans anytime?+
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings at any time. Changes are prorated and take effect immediately.
Is my data secure?+
Secrets are encrypted at rest, access is enforced server-side on every request, and each workspace is isolated so no tenant can ever see another's data.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We process payments through Stripe, so you can pay with all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
My plan didn't update after I paid — what do I do?+
Payments are applied by a webhook, which can occasionally be delayed. If your plan still shows Free after a few minutes, open a support ticket from the Help tab and our team will reconcile it right away.
